Prepare your bike for a race in April and set your sights to win! The Lime Rock Cycling Grand Prix has numerous race categories including those for children (age 9-13), boys and girls 14 to 18, and adult beginner and professional races.
Enjoy this mid-week event for the whole family meant to encourage biking for youngsters. These junior and adult races occur each Tuesday from May 2 until August 15. Additionally, the CCAP provides childcare for children age 5-10 for parents who are participating in the race.
Happening in May each year at the Rentschler Field, join the CCNS Kermis race to encourage youth and adults to participate in lifelong fitness. Check their website for additional information!
This yearly event consists of a variety of races to benefit charities and includes fun events and activities for the whole family.
This non-competitive bike race offers 12, 30, 55, and 100-mile courses through the rolling hills of Litchfield County. See this beautiful area of the state in a leisurely cycling tour in August. In addition to seeing beautiful countryside, the aim of this tour is to raise money for charity.
