Do you want to be technologically independent, but don't know where to start? Stop by the Wilson Branch Library to learn Computer Basics! Together, we will go over basic tasks to get you familiar with computers, smartphones, and more.

Comic Construction Workshop

6:00pm - 7:00pm

Matt Ryan from Free Lunch Studios will be back at the Windsor Public Library this summer for another Comic Construction Workshop. He’ll be teaching us the basics of comic creation! Ages 6 to 15. Registration needed.

Sewing Study Hall
Tuesday, August 22,
6:30pm - 7:30pm

Need a little help getting started on a sewing project? Windsor resident and local seamstress Erin Lein is here to help! Bring whatever sewing project you're working on and Erin will help get you going and on your way. Drop-in. A waiver must be signed to use the sewing machine. Teens under 18 must have a parent/guardian sign on their behalf.

LEGO Creations

Eager engineers ages 7 and up are invited to design and build their own LEGO Creations at the Wilson Branch Library. On the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month we’ll set out a new design challenge to complete.

Upcycling Artists
Wednesday, August 23,
4:00pm - 5:00pm

Come create something new at Kidspace’s Upcycling Artists program. Children will find creative ways to turn “trash” into treasure and learn how they can help the environment. Ages 6-12. Registration needed.

Friday, August 25, 2023
3:00pm - 4:00pm

Jeana Burke from the American Job Center of CT will be at the Main Library for career help and job placement. Jeana will work with people ages 18-24 to help them gain entry into fast growing fields like healthcare, manufacturing, IT, and more.
