To the Top: A History of #1 Songs in the USA

Monday, July 31, 1:00pm - 2:00pm

Come to a presentation about #1 songs from 1958 to 2022. Learn what makes a song a hit and what helped move these tunes to the top of the charts. Prepare to be amazed by how many different musical styles have lead the charts. Learn a little bit about the songs that had the country jamming! No registration required.

Harry Potter Birthday Celebration: The Secret Lives of Owls

Monday, July 31, 6:00pm - 7:00pm

To celebrate Harry Potter’s Birthday, Horizon Wings will join us in Kidspace with some of their owls to teach us all about the lives of owls. We'll get to see real in-person owls, just like Harry's Hedwig. Registration is required. Young siblings are welcome, but only if they are able to sit quietly as owls can scare easily! Ages 5 to 13.

LEGO Club

Tuesday, August 1, 4:30pm - 5:30pm

Come build and create with Lego open play in Kidspace! We'll have Legos out for everyone to play with including larger blocks for little ones! Recommended for ages 5 and up. No registration needed.

Pink Flamingo Day

Tuesday, August 1, 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Come dressed in pink or in your favorite flamingo gear! We'll have some pink summer treats, a flamingo craft, learn some flamingo facts, and have other flamingo fun for our summer! Best for ages 5 to 12, but families are welcome. Please register so we can make sure we have a craft for you.

Zen Gardens

Thursday, August 3, 3:00pm - 3:45pm

Everyone wishes they had their own personal toolkit when the world is stressing them out. This program can help make that a reality with your own take-home Zen garden. Meant as a meditative tool, Zen gardens are a deeply personal experience. In this program, we'll teach you more about the practice. Then give you the tools to create your own Zen garden to help you meditate and wipe away the stresses of the day! No registration required.
